Listed below are the options we offer, along with who they are best suited for:

Best for low-maintenance ponds or those who prefer to handle upkeep themselves but need a thorough seasonal reset. Ideal for smaller features or ponds without heavy debris and fish. Typically not adequate, especially if you run your feature year-round.

Our recommended and best-value option. Our spring cleaning prepares your feature for clean and smooth operation all season long, and in the fall, we remove accumulated summer waste and make necessary adjustments to protect it through winter.

-     Drain and remove leaves, algae, fish waste, and other debris 

-     Clear filtration system, install winterized equipment (pump, UV bulb, etc.) 

-     Refill with clean water and apply treatment to promote biofiltration 

Why Spring Pond Cleaning is Important 

Neglecting spring maintenance can lead to:

-     Same cleaning process as spring - done in spring and fall 

-     On some features, we perform winterization in the fall (remove pumps and other temperature sensitive equipment, install net) leave basin empty 

Comprehensive: Spring & Fall Cleaning, Mid-Summer Maintenance

-     Spring cleaning & start-up* 

-     Fall cleaning and shut-down* 

-     Maintenance visit during the summer to remove the bulk of accumulated debris (fish waste and algae growth are heaviest during this time in the season) 

Premium: Spring & Fall Cleaning, 7x Monthly Maintenance (AprilOctober)

-     Spring cleaning & start-up* 

-     Fall cleaning and shut-down* 

-     Seven regular maintenance visits to keep filters, skimmer, and pipes clear and control bioculture

*Start-up and shut-down are performed on some features, we’ll determine if it’s right for your needs
