These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with pond cleaning services provided by Northern Virginia Ponds LLC (referred to as "us", "we", or "our").
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Our Service involves pond installation, removal, cleaning, and maintenance services as described on our website or as agreed upon with the customer.
3. Liability Disclaimer
We strive to provide high-quality pond cleaning services; however, we cannot guarantee the health or safety of the fish or other aquatic life during the cleaning process. By using our Service, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved, and we shall not be liable for any harm, injury, or death of fish or other aquatic life that may occur during the cleaning process.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To prevent disruptions to our schedule, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Rescheduling Fee:
There is no fee to reschedule an appointment, as long as we are given at least 24 hours' notice. Requests to reschedule an appointment made within 24 hours of the service time will be subject to a 10% fee.
How to Cancel:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone at (571) 579-1886 or email at info@novaponds.com. Cancellations via voicemail, email, or text message are acceptable as long as they are made within the specified timeframe.
Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies can happen. In the event of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for our Service is due when the invoice is provided, if applicable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Invoices not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe will incur a late fee of 20% of the total invoice amount.
Customers shall be responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, associated with unpaid invoices.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
